The Quest

A building supply client wanted to take their best customers to the Masters Golf Tournament.

The Challenge

The client was not interested in the packages that were being offered by the many sports marketing companies. These packages are often expensive and include hotels of questionable quality.

The World Class Result

SDI coordinated directly with local home owners in an upscale Augusta, Georgia neighborhood to lease two adjacent houses for eight days during the week of the tournament. Additionally, SDI worked directly with local sources on tickets, hospitality and transportation.


Prior to the event, guests were given questionnaires about their personal food and beverage preferences. A chef from a top Charleston, South Carolina restaurant was brought in to prepare customized gourmet dinners for the guests each night – complete with their favorite beverages, liquors, wines and foods.

All of the guests, even those who had previously been to the Masters Golf Tournament, were blown away by the attention to detail and the personalized service that went into making this custom program an unforgettable event.
