After an extremely successful year, a large communications company wanted to reward 3,500 sales people with a special destination for their national meeting incentive travel program.
The Challenge
The client wanted a setting that promised great weather, as well as a unique destination that would reward and motivate the sales team. Finding a location that fit these criteria that could also accommodate a group of this size was a logistical challenge.
The World Class Result
SDI created an exclusive, one-of-a-kind trip to the Big Island of Hawaii. SDI utilized five major hotels within close proximity of each other and established an intra-hotel transportation network. The client assigned specific groups of attendees to each hotel, with all major group functions being held at the largest property. The entire program was executed to perfection, and SDI delivered another well-orchestrated and extremely successful event.
