SDI Meetings & Incentives, supported locally by TAM Travel, had the honor this past week to serve the top performers of a family-owned business as they stepped out of their intense roles and into the relaxed paradise of the The Westin Golf Resort & Spa Playa Conchal in Costa Rica.
Among the tropical excursions, the beach and poolside indulgences and the evening special events, they were reminded of how deep their bonds run, why they work so hard and how clearly committed their leadership is to support them every day in their goals. Back to work now, they are already talking about where 2020 will take them (and so are we!).
